The Challenge

DreamFolks is India's largest airport service aggregator platform facilitating an enhanced airport experience to passengers. Our biggest challenge was to understand the airport lounge service market and its unique complexities, simplifying user’s digital experience being a major one. A bad experience at any touch-point can cause customer attrition and thus loss of business. It was imperative to craft a seamless digital experience through a mobile app.

Understanding the market

We started with identifying personas and understanding user’s pain points, expectations and motivations. We also conducted a thorough research on the user reviews on the market place. This helped us to define intuitive workflows such as adding trips, bookings for various services, highlight the offers and promos, offering memberships.
